This position paper welcomes and responds to Pope Leo XIV’s Encyclical Letter Magnifica Humanitas (2026) on safeguarding human dignity in the age of artificial intelligence. Submitted by Lóránt Sípos (ORCID: 0009-0008-1987-2139), founder of the GRM808EI Ethical Intelligence System and Globidealism, the declaration offers the I + AI Code and its practical instrument, the TUDOK Operator – a measurable, model-agnostic, and auditable pre-ethical minimum for the primacy of truth in AI‑assisted decision‑making. The document emphasizes that technological development without ethical coordinates risks becoming a dehumanizing system. TUDOK functions as “Step Zero”: before any ethical deliberation, the system must first ensure that its outputs reflect reality rather than distorted representations shaped by narrative, prestige, fear, or short-term optimization. It invites religious leaders, governments, AI developers, research institutes, and civil society to examine and jointly validate the TUDOK Operator through independent testing and pilot projects.
