On the basis of fully affirming the historical contributions of Einstein’s physical system, this paper systematically analyzes the applicable boundaries and internal limitations of its core theories (mass–energy equation, relativity, photoelectric effect, cosmological constant, and wave–particle duality) combined with consensus conclusions in contemporary theoretical physics and fluid mechanics. Research shows that Einstein’s theories are essentially high-precision approximate models under four-dimensional macroscopic conditions, and their bottlenecks stem from the lack of cognition of primordial topology, universal medium fields, and high-dimensional structures. Based on the rigid axioms and primordial topological model of the PFUSRC (Primitive Fundamental Unified System of Reality and Cosmos), and taking the Unified Mechanism of Quantum Fluctuation and Decoherence as an empirical interface, this paper completes the dimensional upgrading, compatibility, and primordial supplementation of Einstein’s system. This paper further constructs the mathematical formalization framework of PFUSRC, proves that it can naturally degenerate into E=mc² and Newton’s law of gravitation under macroscopic low-speed boundary conditions, and proposes observable and falsifiable experimental predictions, realizing interface dialogue with existing quantum field theory. This paper proves that Einstein’s physics is a projection approximation of PFUSRC in the four-dimensional explicit layer, while PFUSRC is a universal unified ontological framework including gravity, spacetime, mass–energy, quantum processes, and fields.
