This paper systematically interprets the fundamental nature of neutrinos within the framework of Force Equilibrium Theory. Based on the A-Field/B-Wave binary medium axiom, it defines neutrinos as single-unit deformation ripples of the A-Field, and naturally explains the origin of tiny neutrino mass, exactly three neutrino flavors, ultra-weak interaction, and intrinsic oscillation mechanism. By proposing the cosmic dual pressure relief valve principle, this work unifies the physical mechanisms of baryon-antibaryon asymmetry, supernova energy release, and Hubble tension. Five testable theoretical predictions, including the neutrino magnetic moment lag effect and systematic neutrino-photon time difference in extreme cosmic events, are put forward for future high-energy physics and multi-messenger astronomical verification. All derivations strictly follow the core axioms of Force Equilibrium Theory without introducing any additional ad-hoc assumptions, providing a self-consistent first-principles paradigm for neutrino physics and cosmology.
