This document is not a proposal for a new quantum gravity theory. It does not derive the equations of general relativity or quantum field theory from first principles, and does not produce testable predictions within quantum gravity research. What this document offers is narrower and more modest: a set of conceptual notes identifying structural parallels and potential points of contact between Coherence Cosmology (SR103EN/SR104EN) and open conceptual problems in quantum gravity research. The connections proposed here are ontological, not mathematical. They may serve as conceptual stimuli — nothing more, nothing stronger. The six potential points of contact are: 1. Time without global present: the present is defined not as a global temporal coordinate but as a local structural property — the terminal coherent antichain section of referenced structure within each local structure. This offers a structural complement to the Wheeler-DeWitt timeless universe. 2. Present as coherent antichain: the formal definition of the present as an antichain section — distinct from causal set theory’s dynamically generated causal structure — offers a conceptual alternative: static crystallized order rather than dynamical generation. 3. Static order rather than dynamical generation: the globally coherent structure Uₜotal is already complete. All sections are already crystallized within Uₜotal. This complements timeless and block universe frameworks with a structurally defined local present. 4. Probabilistic states as fully real: probabilistic states are the foundational mode of existence — fully real without requiring collapse. Definite states arise as a special condition from interference-induced crystallization. 5. Definite-state crystallization at interference coordinate: definite states are crystallized at the coordinate where the structural condition of interference is satisfied — not triggered by observation. Observation confirms; it does not cause. This offers an alternative ontological framing for closed-universe quantum mechanics. 6. Observer and consciousness as structural threshold: the observer is a local structure within Uₜotal — not a special ontological category. Whether a structure “has consciousness” is a definitional threshold, not an objective boundary in Uₜotal.
