The universe is essentially a computational system. Within the PFUSRC framework, the bidirectionally closed bicone serves as the unique cosmic ontology (PFUSRC-00), fully validated by 2024–2026 observational data (PFUSRC-11). This paper presents the Axiomatic System of Bright–Dark Sevenfold Logic, which divides cosmic operation into two closed subsystems: the Bright Sevenfold (hardware architecture) and the Dark Sevenfold (runtime environment), unified topologically by the β₁ global coupling operator. Derived entirely from closed bicone topology and grounded in the inherent logical properties of the universe, this system constitutes a self-consistent, self-optimizing algorithm that governs cosmic dynamics. The core contributions are: 1. Upgrading Bright–Dark Sevenfold from descriptive concepts to an axiomatic, topologically grounded universal logic paradigm. 2. Establishing one-to-one correspondence between the Sevenfold units, closed bicone topology, 55 steady-state datum points, and the π₁=12/11 constant. 3. Reconstructing Noetic Theory and the β₁ operator in information-theoretic language, proving their necessity for cosmic self-organization. 4. Proposing falsifiable observational predictions covering physical scales and noetic field topology.
