ABSTRACT This study investigates the role of Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRMP) in driving sustainable performance within manufacturing firms, with particular emphasis on the mediating effects of AI‐Driven Knowledge Management (AI‐DKM) an Knowledge Sharing Culture (KSC). By integrating human, technological, and cultural dimensions, the study examines how organizations can foster eco‐innovation and improve both environmental and economic outcomes. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 291 HR professionals and executives in Pakistan's manufacturing sector and analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS–SEM). The findings reveal that GHRMP significantly enhances sustainable performance, both directly and indirectly via AI‐DKM and KSC. The results further indicate that the combined application of green HR practices, AI‐enabled knowledge systems, and a collaborative knowledge‐sharing culture strengthens organizational capabilities for sustainability. Grounded in the Knowledge‐Based View (KBV) and Nonaka's SECI model, the study demonstrates how technological and social capital jointly mediate the relationship between GHRMP and sustainable outcomes. From a practical perspective, the study underscores the importance of aligning HR strategies with digital transformation initiatives and fostering knowledge‐sharing environments. For policymakers, supporting digital infrastructure and promoting knowledge ecosystems are critical for advancing sustainable practices in emerging economies. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on sustainability and organizational transformation by offering an integrated framework that links green HRM, digital knowledge management, and cultural enablers in emerging market contexts.
