This paper establishes irreversibility as a foundational feature of physical reality by applying a Schwinger-Keldysh (SK) closed time path formalism to the information field. We demonstrate that the macroscopic arrow of time emerges directly from informational dissipation. By calibrating this dissipation against the geometric properties of a Schwarzschild event horizon, we rigorously derive the Higgs-sector coupling constant and reproduce the standard Hawking temperature. Extending this dynamic to cosmological scales, we show that the divergence of the dissipation rate near informational saturation forces dynamic updates to precipitate as static information. This localized mechanism generates the dark matter halo as an "informational shadow" of visible baryonic matter. The resulting framework yields a natural theoretical prediction for the constant-density core radius (rc/R₇₀₋₅ 0. 27) and fundamentally resolves the baryon-halo conspiracy.
