Ushbu ilmiy maqolada pedagogik ta’lim tizimida innovatsion klasterlar konsepsiyasining mazmun-mohiyati, uning tizimli yondashuv asosida tashkil etilishi hamda barqaror rivojlanish omillari tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim, ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasini ta’minlashda klaster modelining o‘rni, uning samaradorligi va amaliy ahamiyati ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, innovatsion klasterlar orqali pedagog kadrlar tayyorlash sifatini oshirish, raqobatbardosh mutaxassislarni shakllantirish hamda ta’lim tizimining uzluksiz rivojlanishini ta’minlash masalalari yoritiladi. Tizimli yondashuv asosida klaster ishtirokchilari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro aloqalar, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va boshqaruv mexanizmlarining takomillashtirilishi muhim omil sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi.
