Generation Z (born 1997-2012) comprises 180 million people in LATAM and begins dominating the labor market 2025-2035. This digital-native generation, formed with smartphones and social platforms since childhood, operates with radically different expectations, codes and motivations than previous generations. Latin American companies that do not adapt organizational culture, leadership model and employer value proposition will lose critically scarce talent in agentic transition.
