ABSTRACT The BCT Superfluid Lattice programme derives all observed parameters of the Standard Model of particle physics from a single geometric primitive: the body-centred tetragonal superfluid lattice, whose vacuum structure is determined by the 24-cell polytope and the D4 root system. No free parameters are introduced at any stage. The fine structure constant, strong coupling constant, weak mixing angle, particle masses, CKM mixing matrix, and cosmological constant all emerge as exact geometric invariants of the lattice. This monograph presents the foundational framework. Detailed stability proofs appear in Appendix Volume 1; loop integral computations and precision verification appear in Appendix Volume 2; the full 729-letter correspondence series is published separately.
