Central Disclosure Spacetime is the representation. Phase-spatial closure is the mechanism. PSOC4(3) = U(1) ⊕ SO(3) The fourth closure generator is phase, not time. This short disclosure report compares standard spacetime ontology with the proposed PSOC4(3) phase-spatial closure ontology. Standard spacetime treats the fourfold structure of relativistic reality as three spatial coordinates plus one time coordinate: 3 + 1 = x, y, z + t Phase-spatial closure proposes a deeper generator structure: 3 + 1 = Jx, Jy, Jz + Q where Jx, Jy, and Jz are spatial-orientation generators associated with SO(3), and Q is the phase generator associated with U(1). The resulting closure structure is: PSOC4(3) = U(1) ⊕ SO(3) The core thesis is that spacetime remains powerful as a continuum representation, but may not be the primitive ontology. Phase-spatial closure is proposed as the deeper structure from which propagation, clock relation, temporal ordering, and relativistic spacetime representation emerge.
