We present a unified, comprehensive exposition of the Stratoverso Framework, synthetically integrating the physical and mathematical results of Papers A through K. The Stratoverso is a non-perturbative extension of canonical scalar field cosmology within General Relativity, in which a canonical scalar field with an inverse power-law potential V (φ) = V₀φ^-β (β=4, V₀=0. 28 MPl⁴) drives the universe toward a finite-time critical point t*. At t*, the loss of Lipschitz continuity in the equations of motion generates a discrete family of post-critical branches, naturally stratifying the solution space into Nₗayer = 140±3 nested cosmological layers. Through a rigorous 5D Kaluza-Klein reduction under a warped metric, we show that the Stratoverso coordinate χ (t) is a physical radion field stabilized at discrete minima of a periodic bulk Coleman-Weinberg potential. The transition between successive layers is governed by an ADM Hamiltonian junction, uniquely deriving the discrete velocity scaling φ̇⁺ = λφ̇⁻ with numerical error verification 10σ significance.
