This paper proposes the PFUSRC cosmic framework established by independent researcher Zhenmin Wang, constructing a unified cosmological system starting from axiomatic logical ontology instead of conventional spacetime physics. Regarded as the fundamental essence of all existence, universal logic evolves intrinsically via three primordial ontological elements: 1, 0 and 1⁰. Derived from geometric deduction, the steady-state cosmic configuration is uniquely the 45° triple coaxial bicone following an intrinsic dimensional evolution path of 1→5→11 dimensions, with core numerical invariants including 55 global datum points and the universal constant 12/11. The theory interprets dark matter as topologically excluded cosmic residues and dark energy as damping projection of bicone periodic expansion-contraction, unifying general relativity as a local tangential approximation of the bicone’s waist state and reinterpreting quantum uncertainty, wavefunction collapse and measurement based on the Ψ–Ξ anchoring mechanism of the ₁ primordium. It establishes inherent mathematical correspondence between its topological constants and ancient Chinese classical wisdom (Hetu, Yarrow divination numbers, Daoist cosmology) as well as measured physical quantities such as the fine-structure constant (~137) and meson lifetime. Multiple quantitative cosmological and particle physical predictions are put forward alongside fifteen clear falsification criteria verifiable via astronomical observation and laboratory experiments. Different from mainstream mechanical cosmology, this model concludes the universe is an autonomously evolving living system rooted in self-originated universal logic.
