The two parent black holes of Paper I are the two natural quaternionic subalgebras H+ = 1, e1, e2, e3 and H−= e4, e5, e6, e7 of the parent octonion Oₚarent. Their opposite Fano orientations are the algebraic origin of the matter-antimatter asym- metry. The H−sector corresponds to colour charge, conned by the associator identity e4, e5, e6 = -2e7: the three colour dimensions e4, e5, e6 can only close algebraically by including e7 (the strong coupling normalisation). This is QCD colour connement as a topological closure condition, not a dynamical mechanism. The connement at tQCD removes the H−anti-sump from cosmological scales, implementing the QCD transition in the master equation for a0, net (t). The factor -2 in the associator identity sets the strong coupling constant at the QCD scale. Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series. Anchor DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 19120873.
