This repository contains the harmonised data and analysis code accompanying the manuscript "Spectral fingerprints and cost patterns under a frequency-based screening protocol in pig production: a retrospective single-farm observational case study" (D. Osada). The deposit provides all data underlying the figures and tables of the manuscript: per-sample frequency-band metrics for 106 secretion and tissue samples from breeding sows, gilts and piglets; correlation and Kruskal–Wallis tables; pairwise and full-spectrum cosine-similarity matrices; de-identified 1-Hz binned FFT and Welch power-spectral-density (PSD) spectra; and the complete sample inventory. It also includes the full Python analysis pipeline (FFT, Welch-PSD, band-energy extraction, cosine similarity, statistical tests), the figure-generation code, and a conda environment specification documenting exact library versions, so that every table and figure can be independently reproduced. All identifiers have been de-identified: individual animal ear-tag numbers were replaced by neutral codes and all sample and material labels were translated to English. No farm-identifying information, raw acquisition signals, or personal data are included. Raw spectral acquisition files are not deposited because they contain farm-linked records and platform-proprietary acquisition metadata; they are available to editors and peer reviewers under confidential conditions during review, and to qualified researchers after publication under a data-sharing agreement on request to the corresponding author.
