The current Paper 58 synthesis does not claim that exact continuum inflation, the full experimental Standard Model, or a complete quantum-gravity phenomenology have already been derived. It does show that the verified QGEFT repository now supports one continuous optimization sequence across cosmology and particle selection. In the dynamic-`N` super-hub benchmark, the guided universe expands from `13` to `64` nodes by sweep `51`, creates `51` new nodes, and then halts inflation naturally once further growth is no longer profitable, while the blind branch remains trapped at `13` nodes. In the same cooled cosmological program, the hot motif window `60-61` resolves `294054` explicit `tailed-triangle -> path-4` decay events, and the cold window `900-950` leaves `path-4` as the dominant long-lived sparse sector with `40812` tracks and longest survival `48/51`, while the densest `tetrahedron` survives only one frame. The defensible conclusion is therefore that QGEFT now supports a unified topological-cooling narrative from self-terminating inflation to late-time first-generation matter dominance.
