This paper fixes interaction within the second system of Kasei-Theory. Interaction is not introduced as causality, force, action, reaction, exchange, relation, mediation, transmission, physical process, event, field-operation, or ontology. Reading does not establish interaction. Time does not establish interaction. Observation does not establish interaction. State does not establish interaction. Field does not establish interaction. Configuration does not establish interaction. Interaction is fixed only as the local readability condition under which distributed maintainability is readable as interaction without causality. This readability does not establish causal order, force, action, reaction, exchange, relation, mediation, transmission, physical process, event, or ontology. The paper prevents interaction from being reduced to physical interaction, causal relation, force exchange, action-reaction, interaction medium, dynamic process, or relational structure. Interaction does not cause configuration, does not transmit force, does not mediate relation, does not exchange states, and does not establish event-sequence. No force is presupposed. No action is introduced. No reaction is established. No exchange is restored. No relation is introduced. No causality is secured.
