This paper proposes a novel cosmological creation model that conceptualizes the universe as a computational system generated through a recursive mapping process starting from absolute zero. By integrating the concepts of complex chaos, dissipative structures, and digital physics, we model the emergence of spacetime, physical laws, and complex matter. Under the framework of a "Universe OS," the mathematical evolution from zero to complex coordinates drives the continuous generation of the cosmos, providing a unifying perspective that bridges science, mathematics, and philosophy.
