This preprint proposes String-Axiverse Resonant Gravity (SARG), a speculative hybrid dark-sector framework intended to combine MOND-like galactic acceleration phenomenology with the cosmological and lensing strengths of real hidden-sector dark matter. The model assumes a string-inspired hidden bosonic sector that behaves as collisionless dark matter in cosmology and galaxy clusters, while entering a coherent phase in cold, high-phase-space-density galactic environments. In that phase, a phonon-like excitation may mediate an additional baryon-coupled acceleration with MOND-like scaling. The paper formulates the framework as a low-energy effective model, identifies required stability and lensing conditions, and includes a toy numerical sanity check. The proposal is not presented as a proven theory; it requires perturbative stability analysis, observed galaxy rotation-curve fitting, gravitational lensing validation, cluster-merger simulations, and cosmological Boltzmann-code testing.
