This Technical Extract contains the complete, self‑contained, executable Python source code for all figures, numerical results, and computational constructions used in the Informational Constraint Framework (ICF). It includes the 12 reproducible scripts corresponding to Appendix G of the main research paper, covering the constraint surface, activation ladder, cross‑sections, saturation boundary, relaxation pathway, rank‑6 horizon, induced metric, ΛFC coupling map, global relaxation manifold, and the full phase‑diagram sweep with convergence table. All scripts are standalone, require only NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib, and regenerate every diagram exactly as shown in the manuscript. This extract serves as the computational companion to the main ICF research paper and provides a complete reproducibility package for archival and verification. This is the Technical Extract that is supplement to: Informational Constraint Framework: A Riemannian Geometry of Constrained Informational States, Activation Thresholds, and Relaxation Dynamics DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20634296
