Abstract Migration represents one of the challenges of the “Europe – Mediterranean – Africa” region, raising multiple issues for a country, strategically located, with plural influences, such as Morocco. Indeed, the country hosts a diversity of forms of migration today. This same diversity leads host societies, like Morocco, to seek the ways to act, through public action, within the framework of new forms of complex action dynamics, and alongside strategic actors capable of accompanying the State, in order to face complex issues. Undeniably, action, in terms of managing the complexity of risks, that the migratory phenomenon may carry, at multiple scales and levels, is decisive. The migratory phenomenon carries loaded risks, on various levels, notably: economic, political, social and/or cultural. Risks, which embrace, different scales of analysis: international, regional, and national. Undeniably, migration questions public action, at various levels; in particular, at the junction, of integration and education. Education is definitely an essential component for local action, to the extent progress is to be made also at the global level of the Sustainable Development Goals; mainly on SDG4. This article aims to study how public policies are deployed, at the national level, through focusing on education, in order to transform the challenges of migration, relating to integration, into opportunities. Thus, it is a matter of highlighting the main achievements, of current, relevant public policies, as well as their major stakeholders and key programs, at this level. Progress on such complex pursuits could not be imagined without partnerships, in line with SDG 17. Within the framework of this reflection, it will be a matter, in particular, of focusing on the case of policies and/or programs targeting young people and/or children. The contribution will essentially study the “Stratégie Nationale de l’Immigration et de l’Asile / National Strategy for Immigration and Asylum”, and its sections adapted and applicable, to the research questions; in particular, the section dedicated to education.
