Abstract

TQNT-V5. 7 v1. 2 closure monograph consolidating the V5. 5 program (SU (2) ₁35 modular structure, α derivation, κg first-principles, Bertschinger CGQ, Press-Schechter, Ω² saturation) and the V5. 6 step (Wechsler-Bullock slope closure via framing anomalies + 1/c expansion). Three results validated analytically AND empirically to <1%: α=1. 1991 (0. 076%), κg=3. 13e-53 m (0. 05%), and slope c (Mₕ) = -0. 106 ± 0. 070 (0. 1σ vs WB target -0. 10). Empirical inputs explicitly documented: n₀~1. 6 (order-of-magnitude) and αc=+0. 50 (SPARC-calibrated 1/c). Five falsifiable predictions stable: knee in c (Mₕ) at Mₕ~10¹2 (Roman/Euclid 2026-2028), 40 Gen 5+ heavy protons, DM-N spectrum, Σm_ν~66 meV, 0νββ τ=∞.
