This registration documents the original development of Luminous Braille Technology (LBT), a novel wearable human-computer interaction framework conceived and designed by Mason Ewing, inventor and founder of Thorbok Tech. This work investigates the integration of tactile Braille encoding systems with embedded luminous signaling mechanisms within smart textile environments, creating a dual-modality communication interface specifically designed for blind and visually impaired individuals. Unlike conventional assistive technologies, LBT proposes a unified framework combining adaptive Braille tactile feedback, light-emitting textile components, and real-time environmental responsiveness, enabling garments to function as active, intelligent communication interfaces. This registration establishes priority of invention and contributes original technical foundations to the fields of wearable technology, accessibility engineering, assistive systems design, and human-computer interaction, with direct applications in inclusive fashion, medical wearables, and safety-oriented smart textiles.
