The Project Management Plan is intended to support partners in the effective and efficient administrative and financial management of the project while ensuring the quality of the project outcomes. It presents the procedures, structures and coordination defined to the project implementation and sets out key responsibilities for partners. It is intended to support the achievement of project objectives, the compliance with project scheduling and the timely delivery of project results. CROPS Project will be ruled by the following principles for a Successful Project Management: Good communication between partners will be paramount to the success of the project. Ensure that more than one person in each partner organization is aware of what is going on in each of the specific tasks. Elaborate drafts before the deadlines and follow-up of all the deliverables. Flexible assignments, parallel tasks, full time persons can adapt fast to changes in project workload. Promote the project and its interest to the right stakeholders to initiate the collaboration and have more easily access to information. The Plan will be updated and changed according to the evolution of procedures and progress during the lifetime of the project.
