Creation of timetables in educational institutions is a complex issue where there is a variety of constraints such as faculty availability, room sizes, and courses. Traditionally, manual scheduling and spreadsheet systems were used which consumed time and prone to errors. This paper describes TEMPOSYNK which is an automated timetable generation tool developed using Django. It creates schedules by taking into consideration all predefined constraints and requirements of the institution. Besides creating timetables, TEMPOSYNK also creates faculty reports in various formats such as PDF, CSV, and Excel files. Experiments carried out on datasets containing more than 200 classes showed that it was able to generate complete schedules within one second. Moreover, the time saved in preparing timetables is 95%.
