HRMARS - This study aimed to identify the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, across their various dimensions, on strategic success within Jordanian banks. This paper adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and relied on a questionnaire for data collection from the study sample. A total of (200) questionnaires were distributed, and 160 were subjected to data analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results were positive, indicating a high relative importance for ERP systems across all their dimensions, as well as a high relative importance for strategic success in all its dimensions within this study. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of ERP systems’ dimensions on the dimensions of strategic success in Jordanian banks. Based on these findings, the paper presented a set of recommendations, such as the necessity of continuous efforts to keep pace with the most significant technological developments, including the field of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
