Based on the foundational geometric ontology established in PFUSRC-INT-001, this paper provides phenomenological verification for the PFUSRC 11-dimensional triple coaxial biconical topological unified system. Different from mainstream physical paradigms that interpret cosmic phenomena via spacetime curvature and rigid-body angular momentum conservation, this work unifies gravity, orbital weightlessness and persistent rotational drift of free space objects under a single core mechanism—the uneven spatial projection gradient of four-dimensional Flowing State flux within the closed biconical Mother Universe. Gravity is redefined as the spontaneous motion of material states along Flowing Gradient; weightlessness corresponds to local flattening of the gradient field at specific biconical topological positions; the unexplained long-term drift of freely rotating objects in vacuum arises from the continuous superposition of multi-source Flowing State forces including vortex circulation, topological tension and global biconical constraint. Qualitative unified phenomenological relations are summarized, and targeted falsifiability standards are proposed to distinguish PFUSRC flux effects from classical and quantum interference. This research bridges abstract topological ontology with observable macroscopic mechanical phenomena, offering an intuitive, monistic living-cosmos alternative to conventional mechanical cosmology.
