Polarized Membrane Cosmology, Opus I: Branch-Relative Matter Asymmetry and a Topological Relic Channel

This note introduces Polarized Membrane Cosmology as a speculative research-program framework. The model treats the observed matter–antimatter asymmetry as branch-relative rather than globally absolute. A higher-dimensional pre-projection state is schematically mapped into three sectors: a visible matter-oriented branch (A), a conjugate branch (B), and a neutral residual relic sector (R_). The paper does not claim to provide a completed derivation of baryogenesis or dark matter. Its purpose is to define the minimal structure required for such a model to become physical: a membrane projection operator (), a projection scale (T_), and a relic-yield relation capable of connecting the observed baryon residue with the dark-to-baryonic matter ratio (₃₌/b 5. 3). Local Standard Model gauge physics is preserved. The branch projection is not a rule forbidding positrons or local pair annihilation. Instead, it is proposed as a cosmological occupation rule acting on large-scale branch histories. The note identifies the central falsifiability targets for later work: deriving the projector, computing the projection scale, ensuring Standard Model gauge neutrality, and obtaining the relic abundance from geometry, topology, or dynamics rather than by parameter fitting.
