This volume extends the R-layer Mode Theory framework to new universality classes, information-flow inequalities, cosmological information geometry, neutrino oscillation metrics, and black hole evaporation. It also establishes a concrete bridge between the R-layer hierarchy and standard quantum field theory, showing how effective actions and dispersion relations emerge in the continuum limit.
