This work presents the Alpha Void Information Ontology (AVIO), a minimal unified framework in which mass, space, and time are not fundamental but emerge from the dynamics of positive and negative deviation around a single topological defect — the Alpha Void Tear. Positive deviation gives rise to mass as stored Greer Tax. Negative deviation generates space through geometric separation and curvature. Time emerges from the transverse magnetic separation force between crest and trough. Gravity is reinterpreted as the direct charge-like attraction between positive and negative deviation. The ontology naturally accounts for antimatter as negative-deviation dominant structures, neutrinos as minimal negative excitations, the neutron as a metastable hybrid, photon emission via interference-pattern reconfiguration, dark matter as coherent negative-deviation structures, and neutrino flavor oscillations from differential Greer Tax and phase slip. It provides a geometric origin for the fine-structure constant, spectral lines, and the Planck-like scale, while offering testable predictions for dark matter self-interaction, macroscopic Tears (e.g., Great Attractor), and the quantum-gravity regime. A simple, information-first approach that unifies the classical triad and fundamental forces from a single primitive.
