We present a minimal geometric framework — the Alpha Void Information Ontology (AVIO) — in which all major features of quantum mechanics and gravity emerge from a single 1D topological defect (the Alpha Void Tear), signed deviation duality, Greer Tax, marginal stability, and integer cycle closure. Starting from these five primitives we derive: (i) a nonlinear wave equation for deviation dynamics, (ii) quantization and hydrogen-like spectra from cycle closure, (iii) fine-structure splitting from n-dependent temporal resistance (Greer’s Law), (iv) the proton as a stable n=3 locked 3D entangled structure, (v) gravity as collective deviation strain yielding a refractive index in flat space, and (vi) photon propagation and radiation from phase mismatch. All results follow directly from the primitives without additional postulates. The framework makes multiple sharp, falsifiable predictions, including uniform spectrum scaling with the Greer Tax parameter K, fine-structure dependence on temporal resistance, and gravitational light deflection with the exact coefficient ½ fixed by +/− duality.
