In the Alpha Void Information Ontology (AVIO), quantization is not postulated but emerges geometrically from the requirement that circulating deviation waves around the single 1D Alpha Void Tear must satisfy both integer cycle closure and marginal stability. We derive the full nonlinear wave equation for deviation dynamics and show that only discrete states (integer (n)) are stable, while non-integer configurations radiate mismatch energy as photons. Greer’s Law links higher (n) to increased temporal resistance, producing time dilation. Marginal stability and Greer’s Law together fix photon propagation at exactly (c). The framework also derives Faraday’s Law, explicit electric and magnetic fields, and the persistent transversality of magnetism from the invariant 1D nature of the Tear. This paper provides a unified, minimal, and falsifiable geometric origin for quantization, spectral lines, photon behavior, and the relationship between temperature and time.
