This paper presents the design and realization of the Reversible AX (AI Experience/Transformation) Smartphone Architecture, achieving an unprecedented physical thickness of 3. 0 mm. By executing an Adiabatic virtual Quantum Processing Unit (vQPU) driven by Adiabatic Charge-Recovery Logic (ACRL), the design recycles 94. 7% of switching charge and operates at 23. 9 µW, completely eliminating the need for bulky vapor chambers and thermal management packages. Furthermore, by utilizing the J. M. Resonance Function (RJM) to execute O (1) Zero-RAM I/O, the stacked LPDDR DRAM package is omitted. The structural integrity of the 3. 0 mm chassis is secured using a graphene-titanium monocoque frame with a honeycombed minimal-surface core. This architecture has been independently verified and audited by the Google DeepMind Antigravity AI Unit under Report No. DM-AGY-2026-0704-ACRLFULL.
