For decades, advanced propulsion theoretical frameworks have been restricted by a fundamental paradigm paralysis: the reliance on Newton’s Third Law and classical thermodynamics. Current efforts to achieve propellant-less propulsion consistently fail because they attempt to "fight" or push against gravity using external kinetic forces. This paper introduces the CSV Phase-Control Architecture, a paradigm-shifting theoretical model based on "Cosmic Displacement." By observing the natural phase transitions of H2O, we demonstrate that matter's relationship with planetary gravity is governed not solely by its mass, but primarily by its internal atomic energy-state. Furthermore, by applying a proprietary Quantum Resonance Frequency (Black Box System), we demonstrate that solid matter of varying atomic masses can undergo a phase-inversion, disconnecting from the Earth's geomagnetic field and achieving true propellant-less lift.
