Abstract Starting from the fundamental axioms of Quantum Psi-field Cosmology, this paper establishes a complete theoretical framework to explain the nature of celestial motion. The core mechanism is: a spinning central body forms a vortex in the surrounding Quantum Psi-field through viscous drag, and the vortex carries peripheral bodies through density gradients. This is the physical origin of "orbital revolution. " The core innovations of this paper include: (1) Deriving Newton’s law of universal gravitation from the Quantum Psi-field density gradient. Gravity is not action at a distance, but a buoyancy effect of the density gradient; (2) The three-layer structure of the Quantum Psi-field vortex (co-rotating zone, transition zone, Keplerian zone) naturally explains the coplanarity and spacing regularity of planetary orbits (Titius-Bode law) ; (3) The satellite carrying capacity index Cₛat elevates "why some planets have satellites and others do not" from a contingent question to a necessary consequence of Quantum Psi-field vortex dynamics; (4) Cross-scale unification from nuclei to galaxies. The same physical mechanism recurs at different scales; quantization is a natural result of the standing wave condition of Quantum Psi-field vortices.
