Workplace accidents are still a problem in factories and industries. They are especially a concern in areas where workers around bad gases loud noises and physical hits. These accidents happen a lot in sectors where people're at risk because of their job. The main worry is workers getting hurt from things like gases, too much noise and getting hit. These kinds of accidents keep happening in environments. The challenge is to make these places safer, for workers. Existing safety monitoring systems often provide limited real-time monitoring, short communication ranges, or inadequate support for monitoring multiple workers simultaneously. This paper presents the design and development of a Multi-Worker IOT-Based Smart Workplace Safety Monitoring System using LORA wireless communication, ATmega328P, ESP8266, and Adriano Uno. The proposed system consists of wearable transmitter units assigned to individual workers and a centralized receiver unit installed in the control room. The transmitter is always checking the environment and the people working around it. It looks at things like the air they are breathing how loud it is and the pressure. The transmitter also checks how the person is moving with a tool called a gyroscope. It knows where they are with GPS and it can tell if the battery is running out. There is also a button that the worker can push in an emergency. The transmitter sends all of this information over a distance using a special kind of network called LORA. It makes sureThe information gets through by using a system that says "I got your message" and it will send the message again if it does not get through. It also checks for mistakes, in the message.At the side the data is processed and shown in real time. This is done through a dashboard made with Processing for LAN and another web-based dashboard hosted on the ESP8266. The system can monitor workers at the same time using wireless multiplexing. This allows supervisors to see sensor readings, device health, signal strength and worker locations on a GPS map. When there is an emergency the worker involved is highlighted automatically. The system also sends out alert notifications. Records all sensor values and event information in a database. This is done for analysis. The system aims to make workplaces safer. It does this by monitoring detecting emergencies quickly and having reliable long-range communication. It also allows for supervision in time from a central point, which is useful, for industrial environments. The system provides these features to improve safety. It helps to keep an eye on workers and their equipment. The goal is to have a workplace.
