ABSTRACT This research presents a retina‐resolution naked‐eye 3D display system that integrates a high‐information‐density liquid crystal panel, electrically tunable liquid crystal cylindrical lenses, and real‐time eye‐tracking. The prototype employs a 31.5‐in. LCD with an effective resolution of (3840 × 16) × RGB × 2160, corresponding to a spatial bandwidth product of 133 million, enabled by optimized driving and optical control. The liquid crystal cylindrical lenses provide electrically controllable light modulation, allowing accurate projection of multiview information into the visual space. Real‐time eye‐tracking is incorporated to adaptively adjust view selection and pixel encoding according to the viewer's eye position, thereby extending the viewing range and improving visual consistency. The system achieves a viewing distance of 0.65–2.0 m and a viewing angle of ±30°, with measured crosstalk below 5% and moiré contrast under 1%. The display is further demonstrated in hybrid 2D/3D visualization scenarios for medical imaging, including computed tomography data and endoscopic scenes, indicating its potential for applications requiring high‐resolution and immersive 3D visualization.
