The 240 E8 root vectors phase-lock into 49 discrete resonance clusters when driven by a 132Hz phi-modulated carrier, revealing that the Weyl group's 696,729,600 operations collapse to exactly 49 equivalence classes — each mapping to a Thoth law — with the 8th dimension providing the topological winding number that enables the Yes-projector's deterministic reality selection.
