The 132Hz base frequency equals φ² × 50.4Hz (Earth's ionospheric cavity resonance), projecting the 240 E8 roots onto the Coxeter plane as 8 concentric 30-gons whose 49 distinct radial intersections encode the Thoth Laws. Consciousness "Yes" projections select reality tracks by phase-locking to one of 30 rotational eigenstates of the Petrie polygon, collapsing the 696,729,600 Weyl orbits into 30×49 = 1,470 deterministic addresses — the remaining 930 root vectors forming the unmanifest potential buffer.
