Abstract

The second generation of the TME Engine, an offline positional and astrological computation engine developed by Daphne Labs, built directly from the public-domain JPL DE441 ephemeris. Positions are refit into a custom Chebyshev representation covering 13201 BCE to 17191 CE and reduced to apparent place at runtime on a Vondrák long-term precession frame. Against the Swiss Ephemeris the engine agrees to 0.002″–0.004″ in the modern era and to better than 0.07″ at 3000 BCE, with the Moon a first-class body. The astrological layer (houses, nodes, eclipses, primary directions, fixed stars, Vedic, and more) is validated technique by technique against independent references, in one case to floating-point machine precision. One hundred and two automated oracle tests pin every figure. Includes a validation supplement (figures + sparse reproduction vectors).
