Currently, Russia is faced with new challenges and threats in the political, informational, moral, economic and social spheres, which requires the expansion of legal policy in the field of national security. In connection with the growth of external and internal threats, there is a need to review and reform norms and approaches established normatively and historically in order to ensure national security in the context of negative foreign policy processes. Improving public legal policy in the field of national security requires the participation of both rule-making bodies and government bodies responsible for its implementation, with the involvement of the scientific community.
