This research aims to find out how the Regional Property Management Information System (SIM-BMD) is implemented in realizing transparency and accountability. The data sources used in this research are primary data, secondary data with data collection techniques, namely in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies which are then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the research show that the SIM-BMD application is implemented by the Sidoarjo Regency Government as an application. Integrated asset management is quite good at helping the government manage regional property. The implementation of the regional property management information system (SIM-BMD) in realizing transparency and accountability in the Sidoarjo district government has been good. However, what happens in the field is that data differences are often found in asset reports in a region. The SIM-BMD Transparency and Accountability implemented by the Sidoarjo Regency Government is going quite well, but needs development and updating to make use effective.
