This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UPT SPP, Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency. The population used in this study was 50 employees. The data analysis technique used was (Structural Equation Modeling/SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 4.0.9 Software. The results of the hypothesis testing show that motivation does not affect the performance of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency, work motivation does not affect the performance of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency, work discipline affects the performance of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency, job satisfaction affects the performance of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency, work motivation affects performance through job satisfaction of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office, Badung Regency and work discipline affects performance through job satisfaction of employees of the UPT SPP of the Abiansemal District Office.
