Pregnancy is a normal and natural process experienced by women, during which many changes occur both physically and psychologically. Prenatal yoga is one method that can help normalize the functioning of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about prenatal yoga and its application to pregnant women. The community service method is through face-to-face counseling using leaflets related to prenatal yoga, followed by prenatal yoga practice. Community service results: Pretest results showed that of the 9 mothers who participated in the activity, 2 mothers had insufficient knowledge, 4 mothers had sufficient knowledge, and 3 mothers had good knowledge. Posttest results conducted after the counseling showed that 6 mothers had good knowledge and 3 mothers had sufficient knowledge. The conclusion of the community service is: There was an increase in knowledge after the prenatal yoga counseling. Keywords: Prenatal Yoga, Pregnant Women, Knowledge.
