Abstract

This document specifies a pre-registered analysis plan for a prospective within-subjects study comparing dissociable mechanisms of consciousness loss under two common anesthetic agents, propofol and ketamine. It is intended as a collaborative proposal for anesthesia research groups with TMS-EEG capability and target-controlled infusion infrastructure.
