Abstract We aimed to explore the representation of authors, the geographic distribution, and research approaches in articles published in global pediatric neuro-oncology since 2015. Seven journals were analyzed. A total of 114 publications were identified, and 84 (73.7%) were published in the last 5 years. Ninety-four were observational studies, while 8 interventional. Most studies (58, 50.9%) were conducted in upper-middle-income countries (UMICs) and were specific to a single country (n = 88, 77.2%). First, senior, and corresponding authors were most frequently from UMICs. Expanding opportunities for training, funding, and support in diverse settings could foster broader contributions and knowledge generation in the field.
