This paper introduces a deterministic, scalar-mediated extension of Bohmian Quantum Field Theory (QFT). By incorporating a dynamical scalar field into the primitive ontology of the theory, we provide a framework where fermionic particles interact via a Yukawa mediator while following definite trajectories.
