This preprint records a referee-facing closure ledger for the next theorem-bearing modules in the TEBAC 9D/9D+ program. Its purpose is not to claim that the cosmological constant, the effective gravitational coupling, the Standard Model gauge couplings, the Higgs sector, fermion masses, CKM/PMNS data, and the neutrino branch have already been fully derived. Instead, it isolates the exact closure stack that must be completed before such claims may be regarded as mathematically and physically referee-grade. The note is organized into eight core modules T1-T8. For each module it records: theorem targets, upstream imports, downstream exports, a visible gap register, acceptance tests, and a readiness score. The preprint is designed as a conservative architectural and programmatic note that makes the remaining theorem burden explicit, public, and non-circular. The note also records downstream companion references to T9-T10 in a strictly controlled way. In particular, the lifted 13D bridge picture and the temporal-resonance twisting language are included only as heuristic companion material and are not part of the closed theorem-bearing T1-T8 extraction chain. What this version does: - fixes a referee-facing closure framework for canonical parameter extraction in TEBAC 9D/9D+;- isolates the exact module-level theorem burden for T1-T8;- separates core closure claims from downstream heuristic bridge material;- includes a controlled companion figure for the downstream T10 bridge heuristic. What this version does not claim: - a final derivation of all low-energy observables;- a completed extraction of Lambdaₑff, Gₑff, the full gauge/Yukawa/mass/flavor dictionary, or the neutrino branch;- a theorem-level derivation of dark matter, ER=EPR, wormhole connectivity, or a complete bulk-to-defect transport law. This upload should therefore be read as a closure-ledger / architecture preprint for the next stage of the TEBAC 9D/9D+ program.
