Evaluating and developing the Iraqi and Kurdistan investment law (Comparative evaluation study)

The Iraqi and Kurdistan Investment Law is the most important commercial and financial law as it has a significant impact on the development and development of society in economic, legal, political and social aspects.The enactment of the investment law in Iraq and the Kurdistan region since 2006 represents the importance of issuing a special law regulating investment rights and the investment sector, and from a legal point of view, the investment law is the legal and legal framework for attracting investment in any country or region.He tries to find out the calendar of Iraqi and Kurdistan laws and compare them with each other and find out the problems of the lack of success of the laws in economic development.As he tries to answer some of the problems related to the discussion, where is the statement, are the Iraqi and Kurdish legislators successful in drafting the texts of this law? Which of the laws is more precise and durable in terms of drafting? Are the laws at the required level and suitable for contemporary reality?The search will be divided into three sections, the first section will be allocated to the investment law of the Kurdistan Code (4) of the Islamic Law (2006) and the Iraqi Law of Investment (13) of the Islamic Law (2006).
