The article is devoted to employee motivation, which occupies a special place in personnel management. Its impact on the efficiency and productivity of employees, the achievement of strategic and tactical goals of the enterprise, the competitiveness of the organization and its life cycle is considered. It was emphasized that staff motivation requires constant and continuous work, close attention and operational monitoring. The need to analyze the current needs of staff is outlined, which will allow enterprises to be more flexible and mobile to changes in the needs of their employees in order to improve strategies and methods of their motivation and stimulation.
